Terms of service
Effective October 23, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Fennoc LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Fennoc", "we", "us"). They cover Fennoc Phone, the Android app, and the Fennoc server that the app talks to (together, "Fennoc").
When you sign in to Fennoc or use it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Fennoc.
The short version
- You must be 18 or older and live in the United States.
- Fennoc is an AI, not a person. Its answers can be wrong. Check anything important.
- Do not rely on Fennoc in an emergency. Call 911. In a crisis, call or text 988.
- Fennoc makes calls, sends texts and opens apps only when you ask. You are responsible for what you ask it to send.
- The paid plan renews through Google Play until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play.
- Your content stays yours. We do not sell it, and we do not let anyone train AI models on it.
- Texas law applies to these terms.
1. Who can use Fennoc
You can use Fennoc only if:
- you are 18 or older;
- you live in the United States;
- you sign in with your own Google account, and you keep it secure; and
- the law does not stop you from using Fennoc.
Each account is for one person. Do not share your account or let someone else use it. If we learn that a person under 18 has an account, we close it and delete its data.
2. What Fennoc is
Fennoc is a home screen, a voice assistant and a web browser for Android. Some requests are handled on your phone. Other requests go to Fennoc's server, where AI models write the answer. The privacy policy says which data goes where.
Fennoc is new. We change it often. We can add, change or remove features at any time. Section 13 says what we do if we remove something that you paid for.
3. AI answers can be wrong
Fennoc uses AI models. AI models can give answers that are wrong, out of date or incomplete, even when they sound sure.
- Check anything important before you act on it, for example store hours, prices, directions, dates and facts.
- Fennoc is an AI, not a person.
- Fennoc does not give professional advice. Its answers are not medical, legal, financial, tax or safety advice. Ask a qualified person. Fennoc is not a treatment for ADHD or for any health condition.
- Do not rely on Fennoc in an emergency. If you need help, call 911 directly with your phone's dialer. If you are thinking about suicide or self-harm, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
- Fennoc can remember a fact wrongly. Fennoc can keep facts that you tell it, such as a birthday, and use them later. It can keep a fact wrongly, or use it at the wrong time. Check a date or a name before you act on it.
- Do not let Fennoc take your attention from driving. Obey the laws for phone use in a vehicle.
4. Actions on your phone
Fennoc can start calls, send texts, set alarms, timers and reminders, and open apps. It does these things only when you ask, and for some actions only after you confirm.
- You are responsible for the calls and texts you ask Fennoc to make. Fennoc can mishear you or pick the wrong contact. Before you confirm, read the name and the text on the card. Your confirm tap is your instruction. Your carrier's normal charges apply.
- Reminders, alarms and timers can fail. For example, Android can stop them to save battery, or a phone can be off. Do not use Fennoc as your only reminder for medication or for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.
- Guardrails are a help, not a lock. Blocked apps and sites, waits and time limits help you keep your own plans. They are not parental controls, and they are not a security tool. You can turn them off.
5. Fennoc's browser and other services
Websites that you open in Fennoc's browser belong to other people. Their terms and privacy policies apply to them. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, their products or what they do with your data.
Web pages can contain text that tries to give instructions to an AI. Fennoc treats the text of a page as information, not as an instruction, but it can still be misled. Fennoc does not start a call or send a text unless you tap to confirm.
Fennoc also depends on services run by other companies, for example Google sign-in, Google Play and AI model providers. If one of these services stops or changes, part of Fennoc can stop working.
6. Plans and payment
Free plan. The free plan costs nothing. It includes a limited number of AI requests.
Paid plan. The paid plan adds more features and more AI requests. The app and Google Play show the current price and what the plan includes before you buy.
- Google Play handles payment. Google Play's terms and its refund policy apply to each purchase. We do not receive or keep your card number.
- The plan renews automatically. Google Play charges you at the start of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel.
- Free trial. If your plan starts with a free trial, Google Play charges you when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. One free trial per person, unless we offer another.
- How to cancel. In Google Play, open Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Fennoc. When you cancel, you keep the paid plan until the end of the period that you paid for. Then your account moves to the free plan. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your plan.
- Refunds. Google Play decides most refund requests, under its own policy. You can also email us at privacy@fennoc.com and we will look at your case.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we tell you before the change applies. Google Play also tells you, and in some cases it asks you to agree first. If you do not want the new price, cancel before it applies.
- Fair use. Each plan has a limit on AI requests. When you reach the limit, Fennoc still works, but it can send your request to a web search in place of an AI answer. We set limits so that Fennoc stays affordable. We can change a limit, and we tell you before a lower limit applies to a period that you already paid for.
7. Your content
"Your content" means what you say or type to Fennoc, and the tasks, notes and other things that you keep in it.
- Your content stays yours.
- You give us permission to use your content only to run Fennoc for you. This includes storing it, sending it to our service providers to write answers, backing it up and fixing problems. This permission ends when you delete your account, except for copies that stay in backups for a short time, as the privacy policy says.
- We do not sell your content. We do not use it to train AI models, and we do not let our AI providers train on it.
- You are responsible for your content. Only give Fennoc content that you have the right to use.
- Answers are not unique. Another person can get a similar answer from Fennoc. We do not promise that an answer is free of other people's rights. You decide how you use an answer.
8. Rules for using Fennoc
Do not use Fennoc to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- harass, threaten, deceive or spam another person, including with calls or texts;
- invade another person's privacy, or collect their data without their permission;
- get past a plan limit, a sign-in or a security control;
- make Fennoc ignore its safety rules, or get its hidden instructions;
- attack, overload or interfere with Fennoc's server;
- reach Fennoc's server with a bot or a script, except through the Fennoc app;
- copy, change or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it; or
- build a product that competes with Fennoc from Fennoc's answers or code.
9. Our property
Fennoc, its app, its server, its name, its fox and its design belong to Fennoc LLC. These terms give you a personal, limited permission to use the Fennoc app on your own devices while you follow these terms. You cannot sell or transfer this permission. These terms do not give you any other right in Fennoc.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them without paying you or naming you.
10. Your account ends
You can stop at any time. To delete your account and its data, follow the steps at fennoc.com/delete-account. If you have a paid plan, cancel it in Google Play too.
We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect Fennoc, its users or other people. When it is reasonable, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Sections 3, 7 (the last point), 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16 continue to apply after your account ends.
11. No warranties
We provide Fennoc "as is" and "as available". To the full extent that the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that Fennoc will be accurate, always available, free of errors or secure from every attack.
Some states do not allow some of these disclaimers. In those states, the disclaimers apply only as far as the law allows.
12. Limit on our liability
To the full extent that the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, that come from Fennoc or from these terms.
- Our total liability for all claims about Fennoc or these terms is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount that you paid for Fennoc in the 12 months before the claim.
These limits apply even if we were told that a loss was possible. They do not limit liability for fraud, for gross negligence or for wilful misconduct, or any other liability that the law does not let us limit.
13. If we end a feature or Fennoc
If we remove a main feature of the paid plan, or stop Fennoc, we tell you at least 30 days before. If you paid in advance, we refund the part of your payment for the time that is left.
14. Your responsibility to us
If you break these terms or the law while you use Fennoc, and a third party makes a claim against us because of it, you are responsible for the reasonable costs that the claim causes us, as far as the law allows.
15. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. Before an important change applies, we tell you in the app or by email, at least 14 days before. If you continue to use Fennoc after a change applies, you agree to the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using Fennoc and delete your account.
16. Disputes
Talk to us first. If you have a problem with Fennoc, email privacy@fennoc.com. Tell us the problem and what you want. Give us 30 days to try to solve it before you start a legal claim.
Texas law. The laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States apply to these terms and to any dispute about Fennoc, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Courts. A dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Texas, and you and we agree that those courts can hear it. You can also bring a claim in the small claims court where you live, if the claim qualifies.
Your rights. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law of your state gives you and does not let a contract take away.
17. General terms
- The whole agreement. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Fennoc.
- If one part fails. If a court decides that a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms still apply.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a part of these terms at one time, we can still enforce it later.
- Transfer. You cannot transfer these terms to another person. We can transfer them to a company that takes over Fennoc. The privacy policy says what happens to your data then.
- Notices. We send notices to the email address of your account, or show them in the app.
- Events we cannot control. We are not responsible for a failure or delay that a cause outside our reasonable control causes, for example an outage at a provider.
