Delete your account

You can ask Fennoc to delete your account and the data it holds about you, at any time. You do not need the app to do it.

How to ask

• By email: write to [privacy@fennoc.com] from the email address you use to sign in to Fennoc. Put "Delete my account" in the subject.
• In the app: [Settings, then "Delete account". Add this line when the app has it.]

We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account: your email address, your Google account ID and your sign-in records.
• Everything Fennoc's server keeps for your account: your requests and Fennoc's replies, your tasks, plans and notes, what you asked Fennoc to remember, and your turn reports and crash reports.
• Your waiting list entry, if you have one.

What is kept, and for how long

• Server logs can hold your IP address and short pieces of text for up to [30] days. Then they are deleted.
• Server backups can hold your data for up to [14] days, until each backup is replaced.
• Data on your phone stays until you uninstall Fennoc or clear its data in Android settings.
